Regional and National Conventions, Meetings and Conferences
As a member of Phi Alpha Theta, you're welcome to present your work at any of our meetings. Discover how you can get involved in our Regional Conferences and Biennial Convention!
Phi Alpha Theta hosts two types of academic conferences: Regional Conferences held throughout the year across our twelve regional divisions, and our flagship Biennial Convention that brings together historians from around the world. Both provide excellent opportunities to present research, network with fellow historians, and engage with the broader history community.
Connect with chapters in your area, present research, receive feedback from experienced historians, and network with fellow students from across your region.
Our flagship international conference brings together historians from across the nation and around the world for an unforgettable celebration of historical scholarship.
Interested in presenting your research or attending a conference? Contact your chapter's faculty advisor to learn about upcoming opportunities in your region. Regional conferences are particularly welcoming to first-time presenters and provide excellent preparation for the Biennial Convention.
